In a shallow bow, blend together bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
Brush chicken with garlic flavored olive oil and roll in bread crumb mixture.
Place chicken in greased 9x13 inch pan.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Pour Raspberry Salsa over chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
Return to oven 5-7 minutes or until heated chicken is done.
Place the steam rack inside a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot(R)). Add water to the pot. Place sweet potatoes onto the rack. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure function and set timer for 10 minutes. Allow 10 minutes for pressure to build.
