Rice can be the long cooking rice or Minute rice in whatever amount you need for the occasion.
Being a working woman, I personally prefer the Minute type.

In large heat resistant bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in yogurt with wire whisk.
Fold in whipped topping with wooden spoon.
Spread mixture evenly into ready made pie crust.
Refrigerate over night or at least 2 hours.
Garnish as desired.
Serve 8.
Preheat over to 450 degrees to bake the pre-made piecrust and follow package directions.
Mix the milk with the instant pudding for 1 minute on medium.
Slice the bananas into a bowl and mix with the lemon juice.
Layer the bananas into the bottom of the baked and cooled piecrust.
Pour the instant pudding mix over and smooth it to the edges.
Let it chill and set in the refrigerator. Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with the crushed pistachio nuts.
Bake ready-made pie crust according to package instructions. Prepare instant chocolate pudding according to package instructions. Pour pudding into pie crust. Layer Cool Whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle grated chocolate bar on top of Cool Whip. Refrigerate until served.
