Beat one egg; lay a slice of American cheese over it and put into microwave for two minutes.

Peel carrots.
Cut into 1/4-inch diagonal slices.
Blend equal amounts of water and Savannah cinnamon mix to just cover carrots. Cook until tender, but crisp.

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Meanwhile, brown and drain ground beef.
Add tomato paste, spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce.

Crumble on top of noodles. Spoon cheese spread into small clumps on top of spinach.

Pour into greased casserole dish; top with crushed Ritz crackers.

Thaw out spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible. Mix with soup and sour cream.

boil salted water in a large stockpot. When water is boiling add the washed, cored, head of cauliflower to boiling water. let boil til cauliflower is tender. Turn to low and simmer . Drain and reserve head of cauliflower pieces. return to pan and add stick of margarine or butter, salt and pepper. Add brown sugar and minced garlic . Stir until brown sugar is well incorporated and coated on the cauliflower. Serve and enjoy !
Combine all ingredients in heavy pan on med heat.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
Simmer uncovered 50 min, or until all liquid is gone and mixture is very sticky.
(Don't cook it too fast or it won't be sticky enough to hold together-- if liquid is gone and mixture doesn't seem to stick, add a little more water and continue simmering.) Stir periodically throughout and then frequently near end of cooking time to prevent scorching.

pre heat the oven to 180c.
Grill the sausages until brown all over and put in an oven proof dish.
Heat the beans with the soup and pour over the sausages.
Mix the breadcrumbs, crushed crisps, sunflower seeds and season.
Sprinkle this mix on top of the the soup and sausages mixture and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with some nice bread or vegetables, if you kids will eat them.
Cut asparagus into one inch pieces.
Combine eggs, cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
Add asparagus pieces to combine mixture.
Form mixture into large patties and set aside.
Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet.
Carefully place the patties into the large skillet and brown patties on both sides.
Remove and place on paper towels to slightly cool.
Serve and enjoy!
You will also need 1 empty 25oz. plastic bottle.
Build a mound of dirt up around the bottle, keeping the top open.
Combine the soap and food coloring in the bottle.
Add vinegar and pour in water almost to the top.
Here's the amazing part! -- In a large spoon blend the baking soda with a little tap water to moisten it and then quickly pour into the bottle.
The contents will erupt out of the bottle just like a volcano.
