Carrots That Even Kids Will Eat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. sliced carrots
Preparation
    Melt margarine and Velveeta cheese.
    Steam carrots and drain. Fold into cheese mixture.
    Pour into greased casserole dish; top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
