Cook the ground turkey, onion powder and garlic powder in the olive oil until done. While the turkey is cooking, prepare the mashed potatoes according to the directions.
Lightly spray an 8 x 8 dish. Pour the cooked turkey into the dish.
Top with the corn and artichoke hearts.
Then, top off with the mashed potatoes.
Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes. Top with the cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Pour turkey gravy over each serving, if desired.
In a large bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients. Add the ground turkey and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-inch meatballs. Brown the meatballs in hot oil. Remove meatballs from skillet and transfer to crockpot.
Combine the mushroom soup, water, turkey gravy mix, bay leaf, lemon peel and thyme. Pour over meatballs.
Cover and cook on LO heat for 6-8 hours or on HI heat for 3-4 hours. Remove bay leaf.
Serve with hot mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with snipped parsley.
Mix Gravy Mix and flour in large saucepan. Gradually stir in water and turkey drippings with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in chopped turkey giblets, if desired.
Stirring frequently, cook on medium-high heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. (Gravy will continue to thicken upon standing.)
Cook celery in margarine until tender.
Stir in turkey gravy mix right from the envelope and water.
Heat just to boiling. Blend in diced turkey and sour cream.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
