OCKPOT METHOD:
Place the beef tips in the bottom of a
Roll beef tips or stew meat in flour and brown in a small amount of oil.
Cool, put into crock-pot sprayed with Pam, add 1 package brown gravy for each 1 pound of beef.
Increase water by 2 cups for each package of gravy.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Salt to taste.

Season tips with 1 tsp of seasoning
Prepare marinade of red wine vinegar, red wine (optional), balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce (optional). Cut stew beef/chuck steak into 1-inch cubes. Marinate in the marinade for at least 4 hours, overnight in refrigerator if possible, in non-metallic container. Light coat marinated beef tips in \"flour mixture\" and brown over medium-high heat. After browned, add residual marinade and cook until it forms a thick sauce.
Brown beef tips.
Transfer to crock-pot.
Make a flour gravy; add to crock-pot.
Mix cream of mushroom soup and Lipton onion soup mix to gravy and beef tips.
Cook in crock-pot for 6 to 7 hours on medium setting.
Serve over rice.
Trim fat off stew beef.
Place meat in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over stew beef.
Cover pan with foil.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 6 hours.
(I often cook this in a crock-pot.
It is just as good done that way.)
This dish can be served with rice or noodles.
Boil stew beef until tender. In bowl mix onion and mushroom soup together. Pour all into deep baking dish. Spoon in stew beef. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Combine onion, brown sugar and wine; marinate beef tips in mixture for at least 1 hour. Place on small skewers and grill.
