Crock-Pot Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef for stew
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 jar Heinz brown gravy
    1 can mushrooms (4 oz.), drained
    garlic salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add
    enough
    water to cover bottom of crock.
    Add onion and bell
    pepper.
    Salt and pepper beef tips and place on top of veggies.
    Add drained mushrooms and pour on gravy.\tDo not stir. Cook
    on
    low
    heat
    all
    day
    or high heat for about 4 hours. Serve on rice or creamed potatoes.
