Tender Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean stew beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can mushroom pieces
    2 Tbsp. red wine or cooking sherry
Preparation
    Trim fat off stew beef.
    Place meat in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over stew beef.
    Cover pan with foil.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 6 hours.
    (I often cook this in a crock-pot.
    It is just as good done that way.)
    This dish can be served with rice or noodles.
