Cook your pasta in the usual way.
The amount depends on how hungry you are.
In a small heavy pan (or very carefully in a light one) heat the oil with the garlic the black pepper and the salt.

Substitute water and baking powder for recipes calling for one egg.
Break cauliflower and broccoli into flowerets, using as much of stems as desired.
Chop or cut small onion.
Mix remaining ingredients well and toss with cauliflower and broccoli.
Will serve 8 or more.
For one person or a small number, halve recipe for dressing and add to vegetables as desired.
Salt and pepper chicken.
(Can be cut up if in a hurry, leave whole if not.)
Put all ingredients into a covered casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
It makes its own juice so do not add liquid.
Serve with a salad.
Cut potato into 4 slices. Place slices on square of aluminum foil (to wrap and bake potato in). Place oleo or butter on the slices with chicken bouillon sprinkled generously over that. Wrap aluminum foil around the potato and place in coals of barbecue for one hour.
Cook pasta according to packet directions, drain set aside and keep warm.
Melt the butter in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and add leek and garlic, and cook for 3-4 minutes or until leek is soft.
Add zucchini and cook for 2 mins longer.
Add pasta, crab meat and lime juice and black pepper to taste and cook for 3-4 mins until heated through.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream or yoghart and serve immediately.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve with crusty bread if desired.

Add broth or water to dressing mix. Cook in microwave oven less than 1 minute.
Add grated apple and stuff pork chop.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.
Can be cooked in an electric skillet on medium heat.
Add jar of mushroom and parsley, if so desired, makes it much better.
Put all ingredients together and stir in a casserole or crock-pot.
Cover and cook at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
Be sure container is large enough so it doesn't run over.
Great over large egg noodles or mashed potatoes as a main dish.
Cut zucchini in half.
Boil for 10 minutes or until done.
In a small bowl, beat egg with milk.
Add parsley and seasonings. Beat again.
Add cooked zucchini.
Cook in a nonstick skillet over moderate heat until almost done.
Top with cheese.
