Sherry Beef Casserole Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. (or less for one person) stewing meat, lean
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. cooking sherry wine
    1/2 pkg. onion soup (dry)
Preparation
    Add jar of mushroom and parsley, if so desired, makes it much better.
    Put all ingredients together and stir in a casserole or crock-pot.
    Cover and cook at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Be sure container is large enough so it doesn't run over.
    Great over large egg noodles or mashed potatoes as a main dish.
