Zucchini Omelet(For One Person.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. diced cooked zucchini
    1 slice American cheese
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half.
    Boil for 10 minutes or until done.
    In a small bowl, beat egg with milk.
    Add parsley and seasonings. Beat again.
    Add cooked zucchini.
    Cook in a nonstick skillet over moderate heat until almost done.
    Top with cheese.
    Fold over.
