Crumble the ground turkey breast into a large (6 quart)
Adding the small about of lean ground beef really boosts both the flavor, color, and taste of the otherwize flat ground turkey breast.
Mix all together,well , form into 4-6 patties and grill . I have done them both on an outdoor grill, for about 15 mins total, and on the George Foreman Grill indoors for about 5-8 minutes.
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Add other seasonings as desired.
You can use this mixture for burgers, meat loaf, meat balls or as you would for ground beef.
Brown ground turkey breast; drain.
Stir in salt through tomato sauce and set aside.
To make the crust, stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, tsp salt, and baking powder; cut in butter.
Blend in 1/2 cup of cheese, milk, and egg.

Heat oil in a large saute pan. Add onion, red bell pepper and garlic. Saute until onions are translucent.

Combine onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until softened, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.
