Sos Light -Ground Turkey Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 ounces ground turkey breast
    1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 pinch ground black pepper
    garlic powder, to taste
    onion powder, to taste
    2 1/4 cups skim milk
    1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground turkey till no longer pink. Add mushrooms drained. Sprinkle mixture with flour, pepper and garlic and onion powders.
    Add skim milk and whisk until smooth and thickened. Add Worcestershire sauce.
    Serve over toast or biscuits.
