Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine nuts in bottom of pan.
In a large bowl, put cake and pudding mixes.
Add rum extract, oil, water and eggs.
Mix for 2 minutes. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove and pour on hot Rum Glaze.
Saut first 4 ingredients with 2 tablespoons margarine 5 minutes. Add both Knorr mixes with specified amount of water from package. Simmer for 10 minutes after bringing to a boil. Add salt and pepper, thyme and Mrs. Dash. Optional: Pure in blender.
Mix together cake mixes, eggs and butter (softened).
Add club soda and whiskey.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Bake in tube pan in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 70 minutes.
Let cool and remove from pan.

The assembled cake is 9 x 26 inches long.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine in a large bowl the cake mixes, eggs, butter and orange juice.
Mix at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Stir in grated peel and pour into prepared pans.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes, then remove from pans.
Place completely cooled cakes upside-down and end to end.
Spread 2 cans frosting on top and sides.
Draw a Christmas tree shape and border in the frosting.
Combine all ingredients and store in a sealable container or zip-lock plastic bag. This will keep for 2 months in the pantry; however, I personally store in the refrigerator because of the cheese; plus it will last longer. Mark the date on the container or bag with a sharpie pen. This recipe doubles and triples well.
