Hawaiian Sweet And Sour Meatballs On A Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb meatballs (20-25 1-inch, use your favorite recipe or use frozen if you must)
    15 ounces pineapple chunks (fresh is always better, however canned works well)
    2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces (green, yellow, red and or or orange)
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup vinegar (I use apple cider)
    toothpick
Preparation
    Cook the meatballs.
    In microwave or on stove top cook the peppers until just tender.
    Place pepper, meatball and then pineapple on a toothpick.
    Mix brown sugar and vinegar until thoroughly mixes.
    Arrange on platter or on small tasting plates.
    Drizzle a little sauce over the top of each.
