Guacamole Salad: Combine tomatoes, green onions
FOR THE GUACAMOLE: Keep the vegetables a little
Layer jalapeno dip, guacamole dip and sour cream. Sprinkle taco
seasoning. Cut through. Do not stir, then layer tomatoes, onion and olives. Top with cheese. Chill several hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
Peel, remove seed, and mash avocados.
Mash everything together.
Chill for at least one hour to re-hydate the guacamole mix ingredients.
Heat shells at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes.
Line shells with lettuce leaves.
Combine all remaining ingredients and spoon approximately 1/2 cup guacamole into each shell.
Garnish with more lettuce if desired.
Use parts of shell for dipping.

To make the Avocado Dressing: Put all ingredients in the blender and blend well.
Combine Hidden Valley Original Ranch milk recipe dry salad dressing mix with oil in a large bowl.
Mix with frozen mixed vegetables and toss.
Bake in casserole dish in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
