For Zucchini Bread - OMIT vanilla and bananas. Add above ingredients and bake as directed.
Mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts may also be added, if desired.

Stir in loosely packed bananas (or zucchini) and flour, sifted with cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder.

Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Glass loaf pans are preferred.
(If you reduce heat the last 10 to 15 minutes to 325\u00b0, the loaves won't burn on top.)

Preheat oven to

Add zucchini.
Add nuts and raisins. Grease and flour bread pan.

for 1 hour and 15 minutes for large bread pan.
May use smaller pans.
Observe as bakes to adjust baking time.

Blend well and then add chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes, or until done. Makes 2 loaves.
Note:
For a change, try substituting apple or carrot for zucchini, or mix a combination of the two together. All combinations turn out well.

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Add to batter. Mix well. Add zucchini. Mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Makes 2 greased loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan. Cool 15 minutes on rack. Remove from pan and cover tightly for moist bread.

Following the manufacturers directions for your bread machine, add all the ingredients to the bread pan except the cranberries and blueberries.
Set the machine for either the Sweet or Basic/White bread cycle.
Select either a Light or Medium crust.
Add the cranberries and blueberries during the last 5 to 10 minutes of the kneading cycle or at the raisin/nut signal.
*Note: Do not use the delay cycle for this bread recipe.
For the bread:
In a bowl, combine
