Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
3 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. black walnut flavoring
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped black walnuts
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Continue beating and add oil, sugar, zucchini and flavorings.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to first mixture.
Fold in nuts.
Spoon into 3 greased and floured pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done (golden brown on top). Cool on rack.
Freezes well.
Tinfoil pans work great for baking bread in.
