INSTRUCTIONS
For the dressing:
Place all of the ingredients except the oil in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking continuously, until all of it is incorporated; set aside.
For the salad:
Place the snap peas, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, and scallions in a large bowl, drizzle with the dressing, and toss to coat. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with the peanuts, and serve immediately.
Brown in skillet the ground chuck and onion.
Remove from heat and stir in kidney beans and salt and pepper.
Combine in a large salad bowl the lettuce, tomatoes and tortilla chips.
Put meat and bean mixture in a bowl.
May use the Chili Tomato Sauce recipe or taco sauce of your choice.
Serve meat and bean mixture over salad mixture (individual servings).
Put chili sauce or taco sauce over the mixture.
Let cream cheese get soft and cream together with the taco mix.
Spread shredded lettuce on a plate.
Top with salsa, cream cheese mix.
Add chopped tomatoes to this and top the whole thing off with Cheddar cheese.
Serve with favorite chip.
Double recipe for a crowd.
Prepare lettuce as for a salad.

Mix Miracle Whip, sugar, 3 tablespoons taco seasoning and taco sauce.
Mix in chips and Miracle Whip mixture just before serving.

In cruet or bottle, combine all ingredients. Mix well, then chill. Serve on taco salad or Indian tacos. May add dry taco seasoning or Tabasco for extra zip.
Cook 2 pounds of hamburger the night before you will eat this then add the 2 packages of taco seasoning.
Right before you eat it add your cut up onion, lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, I crunch the dorito's in the bag and then add the western dressing.
