Place pork steak in roasting pan.
I use a two quart glass pan, but whatever works for you.
Mix together dry onion soup and warm water.
Pour over pork steak.
Cover meat with raw onion rings.
Sprinkle onions lightly with salt and pepper.
Seal pan with aluminum foil.
Place in center of 375\u00b0 F.
oven.
Bake for approximately one hour.
I check the roast with a quick-read meat thermometer to make sure it's done.
Cook Pork Steak in Pan.
Put tomatoes, garlic and onion in food processor and blend.
When cooked place blended mixture in and simmer.
When done place on tortillas, put on toppings and eat.
ALTERNATE COOKING----.
Blend your mixture as above then throw everything in a crock pot and let it cook on Low 8 hours on High for 4 hours. (These are approximate times).
The difference is in a pan you will have cubed meat, in a crock pot you will have shredded meat. Many people will only eat one or the other. PERIOD!
Mix sauce ingredients together.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before using.
Trim excess fat from pork steak.
If possible, cut it in half.
Put half of the pork steak in bottom of a crockpot.
Spread some of the sauce on top of the steak.
Lay the other half on top of that.
Pour the remainder of the sauce onto the steak.
Cook on high for 2 hours.
Turn down to low and cook another 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender and falling off the bone.
Pre-heat oven to 350*.
Roll Cube steak in Oven Fry.
Place on Baking Stone or Cookie Sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until juices are clear.
Turn once.
Right before taking out of oven prepare gravy as directed on package.
melt butter in a roaster, sautee onions until soft. add the pork steak and brown on each side. Add the remaining ingredients to the roaster. Stir to incorporate all ingredients, Bake, covered, in a 300 degree oven for at least 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
If using a crockpot, after browning onions and pork steak, place all ingredients in crockpot and cook for 8-10 hours on low heat.
Set oven to 350 degrees F.

Soak rice in cold water for 1 hour.
Cut steak in pieces and put in bottom of casserole.
Add rice.
Cook tomatoes, onion and salt until onion is soft.
Pour over steak and rice.
Add grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Preheat broiler.
Mix together rub and rub onto steak.
Broil steak in oven (about 4 inches from the heating element) approximately 6 minutes per side for medium rare In food processor, place all ingredients for chimichurri sauce and pulse until finely chopped.
When steak is ready, remove from oven and transfer to a cutting board.
Let cool approximately 5 minutes, then slice thinly on the diagonal.
Serve immediately with the chimichurri sauce.
Pour shortening into a hot skillet.
Add the pork steak and seer quickly.
Add onion and fry for 5 minutes.
Add celery, salt, pepper and hot water.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add drained, LaChoy bean sprouts.
Mix thoroughly and heat to a boiling point.
Add flavoring and thickening ingredients.
Stir lightly and cook 5 minutes.
Can be served over LaChoy chow mein noodles, or over rice.

Saute green pepper as desired with meat.
Simmer meat and green pepper in small amount of water for approximately 45 minutes.
Add soup and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer adding enough water to keep like a sauce or gravy.
Add noodles, season to taste and serve.
Season pork steak with desired seasonings.
Place in baking dish.
Cover with potatoes.
Add soup and spread over potatoes. Add water and bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Brown the pork steak or chops.
Salt and pepper.
Mix the soup with the water.
Add the rice to the soup mixture.
Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan and place pork steak over this. Cover with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Dip steak in egg, then in crumbs.
Brown in margarine.
Place in roaster.
Add water to half cover.
Season.
Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
Add more water, if needed.
Bake pork steak at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn down to 300\u00b0. Bake 15 minutes more.
Turn meat and drain.
