Cover with foil .Put in a pre-heated 350 degree oven and bake for 45 minutes to an hour , Make sure they are done .Put in a serving dish and if there are any juices pour over the apples that have been cut open and enjoy. It can be served with Ice cream or anything else you think looks good.

Fry potatoes, onion, bell pepper and garlic on medium heat in just enough oil to keep potatoes from sticking (3 to 4 tablespoons of oil): season with salt and pepper.
Put oatmeal, water and raisins in medium size saucepan.
Heat over medium-high flame for about 1 minute.
Sprinkle in allspice and stir, cooking another 3 to 5 minutes, until it reaches desired consistency.
Remove from heat and stir in fried apples.
