3 medium white potatoes, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced
dash of garlic
1 c. cooked grits
16 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. mushroom pieces
1 tsp. or less hot sauce
eggs, fried as desired
4 medium apples, thinly sliced
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. fructose or 1/3 c. brown sugar and no maple syrup
2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. cold water

Fried Potatoes:
Fry potatoes, onion, bell pepper and garlic on medium heat in just enough oil to keep potatoes from sticking (3 to 4 tablespoons of oil): season with salt and pepper.
