Slice beef into very thin strips.
Cut steak into bite size pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in heavy skillet.
Add beef and brown.
Sprinkle with flour and cook an additional minute.
Add water, wine, soup mix and bouillon and stir.
Transfer to casserole dish with lid and bake at 325\u00b0F for 3 hours.
Ensure it does not go dry by adding wine or water.
Fry mushrooms in pan with 1 tbsp olive oil.
Add mushrooms to mixture and return to oven for an hour.
Cook noodles as directed.
Remove mixture from oven and stir in sour cream.
Serve over noodles.
Reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 mins, until rice is
Chop the onion and saute in the oleo.
When nearly clear, add the small can of mushrooms and heat thoroughly.
Add the can of roast beef and stir to separate the pieces of beef.
Add the sour cream and heat thoroughly.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Add a tossed salad and rolls for a complete meal.
This recipe will serve 2 people.
Combine beef, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onions, and Worcestershire sauce in a slow cooker.
Cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 5 to 7 hours. Stir in cream cheese until well dissolved; cook for 1 hour more.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook fusilli in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain. Serve stroganoff over fusilli and garnish with sour cream.

Cook the onion in butter in a saucepan over medium heat until transparent. Add the beef and cook, stirring until beef is light brown. Add the flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and simmer 15 more minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.
In large skillet, cook beef, mushrooms, and onions until beef is browned.
Brown beef chunks that have been dipped in flour in small amount of oil or margarine.
Add 2 cans soup and 1 can water. Cover and cook on low for about 2 1/2 hours.
Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
Gravy will be thick and delicious.

Mix the flour and water together and put aside. Heat the butter in a large skillet. Season the beef with the garlic salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Brown the beef on both sides. Add the cream of mushroom soup, french onion soup, flour mixture and 1 soup can of water to the skillet. Simmer the mixture stiring constantly until thickened, if too thick add a little water until it reaches the consistancy you want. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add the sour cream and heat through, till bubbling. Serve over the cooked egg noodles.
