Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 lb. pkg. flat noodles
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and drain well.
    Mix soup, sour cream and water and stir into beef.
    Place noodles in bottom of casserole dish and pour beef-soup mixture over them.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until noodles are tender.
