Thaw souffle. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients in bowl. Combine eggs, milk and 3 tablespoons oil. Pour in flour mixture, stirring until blended. Fold in corn souffle. Pour oil 3-inches deep in skillet or big heavy pot. Heat to 370\u00b0. Drop batter by tablespoon into hot oil. Fry 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on sacks. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.

Jiffy Mix Fajita Pizza

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
grease 12\" pizza pan.
Cut chicken into strips.
Heat skillet and add oil.
Saute chicken for 5 minutes.
Add green pepper and onion.
Continue cooking until tender.
Remove from heat and add salsa.
Set aside.
For crust, blend baking mix with water.
Turn dough on surface dusted with baking mix or flour.
Knead until dough is not sticky.
Press on prepared pan.

Turn oven to 425\u00b0. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Broccoli does not have to be cooked. Melt butter, then add other ingredients. Bake until golden brown (usually about what recipe calls for to make Jiffy mix muffins).

Chocolate Chip Cookies (Made With Cookie Mix In A Jar)

Whisk the eggs and milk together in a large bowl, then stir in the melted butter and the cookie mix in a jar. Stir well to make a soft dough. Cover and leave to rest for 30 mins.

Mix melted margarine, egg and sour cream; stir in both cans of corn.
Add Jiffy mix and mix together well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
