Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can cream-style corn
1 egg, beaten
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation

Mix melted margarine, egg and sour cream; stir in both cans of corn.
Add Jiffy mix and mix together well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
