Dissolve cinnamon candy in boiling water.
Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Add applesauce.
Put half in a salad mold and chill until firm, then spread cream cheese and Miracle Whip, mixed together, over the top.
Pour the other half of the Jell-O on the top.

Make syrup of red hot cinnamon candy dissolved in 2 cups hot
Cook all ingredients to hard crack stage (except for cinnamon oil).
Remove from heat; add cinnamon oil.
Pour onto oiled pan. Crack into pieces when hard.
Dissolve Jell-O and cinnamon candy in hot, hot water.
Add applesauce and cold water.
Pour into a mold and let set.
Unmold and serve.
