Cinnamon Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 c. applesauce
5 c. sugar
1/2 c. cinnamon candy
1/2 c. dark vinegar

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a large kettle.
Cook on medium heat stirring often until cinnamon candy has all melted.
Place in pint jars or jelly jars and tighten lids.
