Place chicken, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and sesame oil in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag, and shake to coat. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning every so often.

For the teriyaki marinade, combine the soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, sugar, ginger and beer in a small saucepan. Cook over high heat until the mixture reduces by half. Let cool.
Place the chicken and teriyaki marinade in a plastic bag and seal tight. Place the bag in a cooler with ice packs and let the chicken marinate on the way to the game.
When you get to the parking lot, preheat a portable grill.
Grill the chicken on each side until it is cooked through, about 4 to 6 minutes per side.
Combine all ingredients, except for chicken, in bowl.

Parcook chicken in microwave for 15 minutes.
Remove skin. Pour marinade over chicken.
Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
Turn often.

Cut chicken in nuggets. Put enough oil in pot to cover chicken. Put chicken in bowl of flour, then in beaten eggs, then in flour with sesame seed. Drop in oil until it floats to top.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together HP Sauce, wine, oil, worcestershire sauce and garlic.
Place chicken in a dish, pour marinade over, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
After marinating is done, drain off marinade and grill or broil chicken until done.
If desired, place marinade in a small pot, bring to a boil, let boil for 2 minutes, then use as a basting sauce for chicken (do not use straight from the fridge as there is a danger of bacteria; boil first).

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry chicken for 3-4 mins, until golden all over.
Return chicken to wok with onions and corn. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins. Add snow peas and stir-fry for 1 min.
