Preheat
ome scattered small chunks of banana.
Beat in the honey
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, cream of tartar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
In medium bowl, mix honey, maple syrup, vanilla, egg whites, pureed banana and sliced banana.
Stir into flour mixture and mix until just blended.
Add a little of the banana mixture at a time, beating
ver medium heat and boil for 2 minutes; stir constantly.
Insert 8 wooden sticks or skewers into cut ends of bananas. Freeze until firm.
Melt together the chocolate and oil in small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently.
Cool slightly; pour into tall, narrow glasses.
Dip each frozen banana into chocolate mixture, coating evenly.
Immediately roll in Add-A-Crunch. Freeze.
For longer freezer storage, wrap securely in foil.
Makes 8 Frozen Banana Pops.
Grease loaf pan, double recipe for Bundt.
Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs.
Add banana and dry ingredients.
Pour 1/3 mixture into pan, sprinkle filling between layers of batter.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
NOTE: My recipe for the diabetic sweetened condensed milk makes 1 cup. Make as much as you need and store the extra in the fridge in a covered dish. Also, if you are on a VERY strict diabetic diet, use only 1/2 of the chips.
Mix the pudding mix, milk, and sweetened condensed milk and blend well.
Fold in the whipped topping, bananas, and white chocolate chips.
Refrigerate overnight. Serve in individual serving cups. Garnish with white chocolate chips and vanilla wafers.
Layer ingredients in order.

Mash ripe bananas with fork or blender until they are smooth. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into ice cream maker and process. (We hand crank ice cream all summer long!
This is the best recipe for banana ice cream that I've ever tried.
You may substitute strawberries or fresh peaches, if you like!)
*Use pancake mix recipe for 12 to 16 pancakes.
Cream sugar and margarine.
Mix baking soda into eggs and sour cream in a small bowl, then add this to the sugar-margarine mixture.
Add bananas, mashed lightly, vanilla and flour, then nuts and chips.
Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar; mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes for a layer cake and for 60 minutes for a loaf cake. (Double recipe for a high Bundt cake.)

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for a few mins then gradually add the stock, about 1 ladleful at a time. Allow the liquid to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next ladleful. This will take about 35 mins.
Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in warm, shallow bowls.

Cut each banana into 2 candle sticks. Do not do this step too far ahead or the banana will brown.
Slice the sides of the strawberry so that you are left with a thick middle piece.
Use a toothpick to fix the strawberry onto the banana.
For the dry mix: Combine all
Melt butter, blend in corn starch, sugar and salt. Gradually add milk. Heat to boiling over direct heat. Stir constantly to keep it from sticking or burning. Pour into eggs stirring rapidly. Pour back into the pan. Continue cooking for two minutes, adding 1 c. coconut and vanilla (if you want coconut pie, Omit coconut if you want banana cream). When pudding has cooled, layer in pie shell with bananas and pudding for banana cream. If you have made coconut, cool down and pour into baked pie shell.
Blend ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Sprinkle with sifted confectioners sugar or glaze.
May be baked in loaf pans for banana bread.
