For the Macaroni:

Boil 3/4 cup small elbow macaroni for 5 minutes in water salted with 1 teaspoon salt. Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add flour and mix with the margarine. Add milk.
Add 3/4 cup grated cheese; bring to a boil.
Add pepper. Add salt. Add dried minced onion. Put drained macaroni in a greased casserole. Pour sauce over it. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. For drier macaroni and cheese, bake another 5 minutes.
Boil water for the macaroni. Cook the noodles in the water until done, usually 7-9 minutes.
While the noodles are cooking cube the cheese.
When the noodles are done drain them and then return to the pan.
Add the cubed cheese and taco seasoning. Stir well, until the cheese is melted.
When melted, add the salsa and serve.
Mix moderately and sprinkle with awareness.
Bake in moderate oven of everyday life, using as fuel all grudges and past unpleasantness.
Cool.
Turn out onto platter of cheerfulness. Garnish with tears and laughter in large helpings.
