Macaroni And Blue Cheese With Salmon, Asparagus And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch asparagus, trimmed, chopped
    1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
    3 slices bacon, finely sliced
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

    2 cups milk
    2 tbsp butter
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    2 cups cooked macaroni
    1 None (6-oz) can salmon in oil, drained, flaked
    3 1/3 oz creamy blue cheese, crumbled

Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease four 8-oz (1-cup) ramekins.
    For the baked macaroni and salmon, heat milk in a saucepan on medium. Bring to boil, then remove from heat.
    Melt butter in a large saucepan on medium. Add flour and cook, stirring, 1 min. Remove from heat. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Return to heat. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 mins.
    Stir macaroni, salmon, and cheese into sauce. Divide mixture among ramekins.
    To make topping: in a small bowl, toss together the asparagus, tomatoes, parsley, bacon, and cheese.
    Spoon topping over each ramekin to cover. Bake 15-10 mins, until melted and bubbling. Serve with salad if desired.
