Remove ham from packaging anc cover loosely in foil. Bake to warm ham through, 25-30 minutes.
Make the sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Make the biscuits: Combine prepared biscuit mix with cheddar cheese and nutmeg. Bake biscuits on a nonstick cookie sheet (according to package directions).

Note: it took the biscuits 20 minutes to cook in my oven, but I have and oven that always takes longer to bake than the recipe says.

In a bowl, combine flour salt, sugar, baking powder, chili powder. Add shortening.
Using a pastry blender, cut shortening into flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Add cheese and sourdough starter and combine. Turn out onto a floured counter and kneed with extra flour, if needed. Cut into biscuits.
Bake in 400 oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden.
Melt shortening.
Add salt and flour and blend.
Then add soup and milk and cook until thick and creamy.
Add tuna and lemon juice.
Make 1 recipe of biscuits from Bisquick box.
Drop on the top of mixture.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
The biscuits may be added after the first 15 minutes also.
Bake biscuits until light browning starts. Split biscuits and place ham and Swiss cheese in the middle. Replace tops.
Place biscuits in a 13 x 9-inch glass (greased) dish.
Melt margarine in saucepan.
Combine remaining ingredients with the margarine. Spoon mixture over the biscuits.
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Use a hand mixer for this recipe.
Allow time for cheese and butter to soften.
Cream together cheese and butter, then gradually add flour and mix thoroughly.
Put in refrigerator for about an hour.
Dust hands with flour and roll dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Press pecan half in center of each cheese ball.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 325\u00b0. Do not brown.
Makes approximately 5 dozen.
Grate cheese; pour melted margarine over cheese.
Work in flour.
Roll 1/2 inch thick; cut in 1 inch rounds.
Bake on ungreased pan at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
(I usually add more flour than recipe calls for.)
Make a roll of dough; pinch off small amount.
Roll into ball and flatten with a fork instead of rolling out and using cutter.
Roll in powdered sugar.
These are nice on a party buffet.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease 3 mini muffin pans. Prepare creamed spinach according to package directions. Let cool then stir in Parmesan and scallion.
Cut each biscuit in half. Press into muffin wells, leaving an indentation in the center. Fill with spinach mixture then top with shredded cheese and diced tomato. Bake for 16-18 mins, or until light golden brown. Serve warm.
