Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Prepare dinner as directed on package.

Quick Cheesy Beef Dinner

Brown beef, onion and pepper.
Set aside.
Cook macaroni dinner as directed on box.
Then mix the beef mixture with macaroni. Ready to serve.

Shrimp And Crabmeat Quiche

Separate triangles of dinner rolls.
Place 7 triangles in quiche dish or 9-inch pie pan.
Bring together to form crust. Combine remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well. Handle crab meat gently.
Pour into crust.
Roll out remaining dinner rolls and cut in strips.
Place on top to form top crust. Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 60 minutes until knife comes out clean when inserted in center.

Crescent Dinner Roll Snacks

Roll out crescent rolls into 4 rectangular shapes (instead of 8 triangles).
Spread with your favorite flavor of mustard.
Top with your choice of thin sliced deli meats, then top with grated cheddar cheese.
Roll up jellyroll fashion - cut into 5 slices. Bake according to directions on dinner roll pkg.
Makes 20 snacks. These are quick to make and freeze easily.

Cream Cheese Carrot Muffins(Yummy For Breakfast)

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease or line 12 muffin cups.
In large bowl, combine quick bread mix, water, oil, pineapple and egg.
Stir to moisten all ingredients.
Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full. Place 1 mounded teaspoonful of soft cream cheese on top of batter in each muffin cup.
Sprinkle with almonds.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.

Quick Tuna Casserole

Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner using package directions. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.
Use butter to coat casserole dish and sprinkle potato chips on bottom of bowl.
Add tuna mixture.
Top with potato chips and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brown ground beef with onion and seasoning mix. Drain. Stir in refried beans.

In a 13 x 9-inch pan, ungreased, press over bottom and 1/2 sides up to form crust sealing perforations.
Spoon meat mixture over crust.
Sprinkle with olives.

Yummy Banana Oatmeal Flax Cookies

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in flax meal.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in bananas, and oats ( I like to process thick oats in the food processor for just a minute, it makes a nicer texture). I prefer not to use quick cooking oats.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10-12 minutes. Immediately remove cookies to wire racks to cool.

Mock Oriental Dinner

Cook pineapple, butter and 1/3 cup pineapple syrup 5 minutes. Combine cornstarch and remaining 1/3 cup syrup to make thin paste. Gradually stir into pineapple mix.
Add soy sauce, vinegar and non-caloric sweetener.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
Add tuna and mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Heat well. Prepare Durand's quick rice.
Place in deep platter.
Top with pineapple mixture.
Serve at once.

Quick Spaghetti Dinner

Cook spaghetti and drain. In a skillet, brown the beef.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and sauce mix.
Simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in Cheddar cheese. Return to low heat to melt cheese, if necessary. Serve over spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.

Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie

Cook and stir thinly sliced zucchini and chopped onion in margarine for 10 minutes.
Stir in chopped parsley or parsley flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and oregano leaves. Combine beaten eggs and Mozzarella cheese or Muenster cheese. Stir in zucchini mixture.
Separate dinner rolls into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 10-inch pie pan.
Press over bottom and up sides to form crust.
Spread crust with mustard.
Pour vegetable mixture into crust.
