Quick Spaghetti Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti dinner with sauce mix
3/4 lb. ground beef
2 c. (1 lb. can) tomatoes, undrained
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti and drain. In a skillet, brown the beef.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and sauce mix.
Simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in Cheddar cheese. Return to low heat to melt cheese, if necessary. Serve over spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
