Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add meatless ground burger, water and spices.
Mix well and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through and water is absorbed.
Use this mixture to replace the seasoned ground beef in any of your favorite Mexican recipes!
Another note* One can use 1 cup of TVP in place of the soy crumbles or Boca. You might need a bit more that 1 cup of water to keep mixture from getting too dry.

In large bowl, beat together eggs, cottage cheese, milk, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Squeeze excess moisture from spinach. Stir spinach, Cheddar cheese, patties and onions into egg mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish, coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Cut into squares to serve. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley, if desired.
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13\" glass pan. Thaw sausages and chop finely.
Heat olive oil in medium skillet and saute onions until golden.

Meanwhile, whisk the egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add to pan with the veggie mix when the broccoli is a little golden. Mix up to get a scrambled egg texture!
Once the eggs look done, put this mixture in a bowl.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Place frozen sausage patties in the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes; turn over and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes more. Transfer patties to a 9x13-inch baking pan and break them up with a fork.
Mix eggs, milk, and salt into the baking pan with the sausage. Add spinach, Cheddar cheese, mushrooms, zucchini, and onion. Add bread and fold all ingredients together until uniformly mixed. Cover casserole with plastic wrap and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.

Put diced tomatoes and taco seasoning mix into a pan on medium-low heat.
Rinse the diced tomato can with 1/4 cup water and add that to pan.
Stir taco mix in thoroughly.
Add the Prime Grillers Crumbles and the corn, and stir occasionally until heated through.
Add the beans and stir just until heated.
While mixture is heating, rinse and pat or spin dry the lettuce, and tear it into bite-size pieces.
Pile the lettuce onto plates, and top with taco mixture.
Top with grated cheese if desired.
