Healthy Vegetarian Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 g butter substitute spread
1 slice wholemeal bread
50 g smoked tofu, sliced
2 slices tomato
3 slices cucumber
1 None pretzel, halved horizontally
40 g vegetarian pate
2 None radishes, thinly sliced
None None Fresh basil and curly parsley, for garnish
None None Orange juice and a cup of tea, to serve
Preparation

Spread butter substitute over bread. Top with tofu, tomato and cucumber. Season with black pepper and garnish with parsley.
Spread bottom 1/2 of pretzel with pate and top with radish slices. Add top 1/2 and garnish with basil.
