Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

TO MAKE BASIC PORK SAUSAGE RECIPE: Place ground pork into a large bowl. Measure and distribute ingredient items evenly over pork. Wearing kitchen gloves, combine mixture using hands until thoroughly blended. Brown pork sausage in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.
TO MAKE VARIATION SAUSAGE RECIPE: Add specified additional ingredients before mixing. Brown in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.
Combine water, jalapeno chili, cumin and salt in medium saucepan; heat to boiling.
Gradually stir in grits. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 7-8 minutes.
Stir in cheese and Blackeyes.
Spoon grits onto plates, then spoon Blackeye Salsa over grits.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Saute mushrooms in oil.
Turn heat to low.
Add green onions, 1/4 cup of the salsa, cream cheese, cumin oregano and crab.

Return to the oven and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reachs 170\u00b0F.
Serve with your favorite pasta ladle sauce over top.

o prepare the Orange-Onion Salsa: Segment the oranges. Using a
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, green bell pepper, corn, and mushrooms; cook and stir until softened and heated through, 5 to 10 minutes. Add chili beans, salsa, chili seasoning, and mustard. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until flavors combine, 10 to 15 minutes.

Place the oil in large saucepan, over medium heat, add beef and onion, cook stirring 10 minutes, drain any fat. Add chili powder, cook stirring 1 minute. Add salsa, corn, kidney bean and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low and cook, covered, for 20-30 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Meanwhile cook pasta, until tender. Drain well, add to chili mixture and stir well. Serve immediately sprinkled with shredded cheese.

Microwave for 7 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Press crescent rolls into a greased 9 x 13\" pan. (Do not separate the rolls). Press the perforated edges together to create \"crust.\".
Cook beef, onions, salt, pepper, and chili powder in skillet over medium heat until meat is browned. Drain any excess fat.
Remove from heat and stir in the salsa.
Spoon over crust. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cook ravioli according to package and drain well.
