Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

This is a quick, easy snack that everyone loves.

Mash banana until there are no lumps.
Combine banana and milk together and mix into dry ingredients. Add margarine and egg whites. Stir together until just combine (don't over mix, Will result in tough unpleasant muffins).

Bake for 35 minutes or until inserted tooth pick comes out clean. :).

Prepare the corn muffin batter as directed on the box.
Chop the hot dogs into bite-size pieces.
Mix in the hot dog pieces into the batter.
Pour batter into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Eat plain or with ketchup.

Put English muffin halves cut-side down onto a baking sheet. Spread 1 teaspoon salsa over each muffin half. Divide bacon between each half and sprinkle enough cheese over the 'pizza' to just cover the sauce.
