Ingredients

1/2 c. chunky tomato sauce
4 fork split English muffins
1/2 tsp. oregano (fresh)
1/2 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese
4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat broiler.
Spread 1 tablespoon sauce over each muffin half.
Season evenly with oregano, crumbling leaves as you sprinkle.
Top each muffin with a sprinkling of 1 tablespoon Mozzarella and 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese.
Set pizza muffins 4 to 6 inches from heat and broil until cheese is melted and bubbling, 2 to 3 minutes.
These are quick, easy, tasty and low in calories.
