Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Preheat oven to 350
Place pierogies in bottom of casserole dish.
Place kielbasa pieces in casserole dish, making a single layer of ingredients.
Sprinkle butter pieces over pierogi.
Sprinkle herbs & spices over all.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Flip pierogies & kielbasa & bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Serve & enjoy.
(I served mine with Dijon mustard to dip the kielbasa in).
*next time I might try a little dill sprinkled on the pierogies, it just feels like the right thing to do.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook kielbasa in frying pan.
Combine all ingredients into casserole dish except cheese.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Place in oven for 7-10 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
In large saucepan or Dutch oven, bring vegetables and water to boiling; reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add kielbasa and bean soup.
Heat thoroughly.

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat. Cook and stir onion in the hot skillet until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add kielbasa; fry until sausage is lightly browned, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes more.
Stir broccoli and potatoes into sausage mixture; season with salt and pepper. Cook, without stirring, until broccoli begins to soften, about 15 minutes. Stir mixture and continue to cook until vegetables are completely tender, 10 to 15 minutes more.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Combine sauerkraut, mayonnaise and horseradish and spread in the bottom of an 8x8-inch greased casserole.
Add kielbasa, top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
Place biscuits on top and bake 13-15 minutes more.

Cut your Kielbasa half into 1/4 inches
Cut kielbasa, green peppers and onions into bite size chunks. Saute onions and green peppers in small amount of oil and set aside.
Combine ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder and onion powder into small bowl and stir thoroughly.
Place kielbasa into large skillet and pour sauce over it.
Simmer until sauce caramelizes.
Place green peppers, onions and pineapple with juice into kielbasa and simmer.

Cut kielbasa into 1-inch slices.
Prepare rice according to directions, adding kielbasa to water before rice.
Garnish with parsley or scallions.

Brown Kielbasa in oil with peppers and onion. When brown add stewed tomatoes and seasoning. Serve over white rice. Quick and easy.
Combine frozen potatoes and sliced kielbasa in a large skillet, and cook on medium heat until potatoes are done.
After potatoes are done and kielbasa is beginning to brown, stir in the corn, and cook until heated through.
Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces.
Cover with water, (no salt!) and boil till tender.
Cut the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.

Swirl a small amount of olive oil into a large skillet.
Slice or dice kielbasa into bite size pieces.
Add kielbasa, onion, garlic and carrots to oil.
When kielbasa starts to brown, add cabbage to skillet.
When cabbage starts to caramelize, add red pepper flakes.
If desired, top with a dollop of sour cream.
Easy and can be adapted to your family's taste. Sometimes we add more kielbasa or carrots.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (including 2 cups warm water) until well blended.
Soak casings in 6 cups warm water.
Using about one foot of casing for one pound of meat mixture, stuff the casings.

Brown the kielbasa in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Place the browned kielbasa, cranberry sauce and barbeque sauce in a slow cooker set on low. Allow the mixture to simmer at least 1 hour before serving warm.
Pan fry garlic, and kielbasa until kielbasa is golden brown. In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
**High Altitude -- cook 6-8 hours.
Tip: Can be prepared in less time if veggies are pre-cooked in the microwave and onion is fried with kielbasa and garlic. Just add all ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for an hour or so to blend flavors.
