Quick And Easy Sweet 'N' Sour Kielbasa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. kielbasa
2 sliced green peppers
2 sliced onions
1 c. ketchup
rice (optional)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple (in its own juice)
Preparation

Cut kielbasa, green peppers and onions into bite size chunks. Saute onions and green peppers in small amount of oil and set aside.
Combine ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder and onion powder into small bowl and stir thoroughly.
Place kielbasa into large skillet and pour sauce over it.
Simmer until sauce caramelizes.
Place green peppers, onions and pineapple with juice into kielbasa and simmer.
(May serve over rice.)
