Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Dissolve Jell-O with boiling water as directed on Jell-O package.
Add cold water.
When Jell-O becomes slightly thickened, add pineapple and carrots.
Stir and refrigerate for 2 hours. This is easy, healthy and it tastes good, too!
In a large salad bowl place lettuce (torn into bite-size pieces), cucumber, 1/2 box of croutons, 1/2 of cheese, salt and pepper.
Do not add dressing until you are ready to serve salad. Shake dressing well and pour approximately 1/2 to 3/4 of dressing on salad.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toss salad well.
Garnish individual servings with tomatoes and onion.
Sprinkle cheese on top, if desired.
Whisk dressing together.
Toss with greens.
Add any chopped vegetable you may have on hand.

In colander, place veggie mix, sliced onion and mushrooms. Cook pasta until done and pour into colander over veggies.

Cook turkey in a skillet over medium heat until completely browned, 5 to 7 minutes; season with taco seasoning mix. Add green bell pepper; cook and stir until pepper is tender, about 5 minutes.
Arrange salad greens onto 2 plates. Top greens with tortilla chips, cheese, and onion. Spoon turkey over the each salad. Top with salsa and sour cream.
