Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F Grease 11x7-inch baking dish.
Spread 1/2-cup the enchilada sauce onto bottom of prepared baking dish.
Combine chicken, 1/2-cup enchilada sauce, 1/2-cup cheese and chiles in medium bowl. Spoon chicken mixture evenly down center of each tortilla; roll up.
Place seam-side down in baking dish.
Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Mix together.
Place chicken breasts in pan; season. Pour mixture over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Great over rice.
In a large nonstick skillet, add the olive oil and smashed garlic.
Saute onions for 1-2 minutes and add the chicken.
Sprinkle on the spice mixture (cumin--cayenne). Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Add the prunes, raisins, and chicken stock. Stir to combine, reduce to moderate heat, and cook covered for 8 minutes.
Let simmer until near meal time. Remove cover and cook 2-3 minutes to help remove some of the moisture. Add more salt, pepper, or cayenne to taste. Top with cilantro.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Coat 13x9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Cook chicken in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 minutes on each side. Add vegetables; cover. Cook 5 minutes.
Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer 5 minutes on medium heat or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees).
Top with cheese.
Heat oil in 10\" skillet over medium-high. Add chicken and cook until well-browned on both sides. Remove chicken from the skillet.
Stir soup, water, paprika and black pepper in skillet. Heat to a boil.
Stir rice and broccoli in skillet. Reduce heat to low. Return chicken to skillet. Sprinkle additional paprika and black pepper over chicken. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot. Stir chicken, celery, carrots, onion, barley, rice, salt, and pepper into broth. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook until chicken and rice are cooked through, about 20 minutes. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish.
Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated and chicken is no longer pink.
In a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray cook chicken for approx.
4-5 minutes on each side.
Don't over cook there is additional heating time at the end.
Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add mushrooms, garlic, basil, and Italian seasoning.
Saute until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and red wine.
Add chicken, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until heated through.
Serve over pasta.
heat oil & salt in a skillet and fry corn tortillas until brown and crispy.
shred chicken and season with enchilada sauce, lemon juice, chili powder, season salt, cumin and garlic powder; heat in a small pot until the chicken absorbs most of the sauce. if you like onion you can saute some and add to the chicken.

layer beans, cheese, chicken, lettuce, diced tomato, top with taco sauce. serve with my spanish rice recipe.
Place chicken in a 9x13 baking dish and coat with Italian dressing.
(If time, marinade chicken 2 hrs. prior-but not necessary.)
Place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minute. then add layer of the diced tomatoes.
Sprinkle basil over the tomatoes.

Cook sausage over high heat in Dutch oven 5 minutes, stirring often.
Remove sausage with a slotted spoon.
Drain on paper towels.
Add enough oil to drippings in Dutch oven to equal 3 tablespoons, and whisk in flour; cook over medium-high heat, whisking constantly, 5 minutes.
Add onion and next 3 ingredients; cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in broth and next 2 ingredients.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Add sausage and chicken; simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
Serve over rice.
In a large bowl mix together water, lemon juice, sugar and salt until dissolved.
Add lemon quarters and chicken.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Remove from marinade and pat dry.
Chicken is now ready to be used in your favorite recipe.
In a medium saucepan melt butter. Add flour to make a paste.
Slowly add broth and milk.
With a wire whisk stir over medium heat until thickened.
Add warm peas and chicken or turkey.
Heat through.
Serve over buttered toast or puff pastry.

Put the cream cheese, sour cream, canned chicken, and garlic powder into a food processor and process until smooth.
Coat a ceramic or glass baking dish with cooking spray and pour mixture into the baking dish.
Top with parmeasan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve hot with Ritz crackers.
