Quick & Easy Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 (16 ounce) package frozen onion and three pepper blend, thawed and drained
1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup kraft shredded 2% mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook chicken in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 minutes on each side. Add vegetables; cover. Cook 5 minutes.
Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer 5 minutes on medium heat or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees).
Top with cheese.
