Mix pudding and
Melt butter in pan and cook the leek till softened. Add the flour and stir inches.
Add milk or cream, then gradually add white wine or fish stock. Stirr continously. Use a little less or more milk/wine/stock according to your preferred consistency.
Stir in cheese and parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Lightly grease an 8-inch square pan. In a medium bowl, combine Quick Mix, sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Mix well.
Add eggs and milk or water.
Blend well for 1 minute. Add apples; blend 2 more minutes.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Pour in prepared pan.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0 (350\u00b0 for glass).
Grease and flour an 8-inch or 9-inch square pan.
Combine quick bread mix, undrained fruit cocktail and egg; stir 60 to 75 strokes until well mixed.
Pour into prepared pan.
Combine nuts, chocolate chips and brown sugar; sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm or cool.

Drain, spoon beef into 8-inch baking dish.
Top with Pizza Quick, then cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs.
Beat until smooth.
Pour over casserole covering evenly.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
