1 (15.6 oz.) pkg. cranberry bread and muffin mix
3/4 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. oil
1 Tbsp. water
2 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. In a large bowl, combine quick bread mix, oats, coconut, cranberries and orange peel; mix well.
