Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 to 3/4 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together sugar, milk, cocoa and butter; bring to a boil. Boil for 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat; then add quick cooking oatmeal, vanilla and pecans.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
