Peanut Butter Oatmeal Candy

Mix oatmeal, margarine, vanilla and peanut butter in large mixing bowl.
In saucepan, bring to boil, sugar, cocoa and milk, stirring constantly to take lumps out.
When melted, pour over oatmeal mixture mixing well.
Place in glass pan.
Better when served cold!

No Bake Oatmeal Cookies

Mix the cocoa, sugar, milk and margarine; let boil for 1 minute.
Take from heat.
Mix the peanut butter, Quick oatmeal and vanilla.
Mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
Let cool.

Cream together Crisco and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and salt. Then add dry ingredients, flour and soda slowly and cream together last oatmeal, raisins and pecans.

Oatmeal Scotchies

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a small bowl, combine baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
Beat until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oatmeal and butterscotch morsels.
Drop by tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes for chewier cookie or 9 to 10 minutes for crispier cookie.

Stir together milk, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; stir in oats. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Mash two bananas and stir into oatmeal. Slice remaining banana. Divide oatmeal evenly among bowls or small Mason jars; top with sliced banana, pecans, and yogurt (if using).

Chocolate Chip Cookie Oatmeal

Bring water, milk and salt to a boil.
Stir in brown sugar.
Add oatmeal and vanilla.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer to bowl and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. They will slowly melt as you eat the oatmeal.
For a rich cookie flavor, stir in 1/2 teaspoon butter just before adding the chocolate chips.
Note: Follow the directions on the oatmeal container for multiple servings, and increase brown sugar, vanilla, and chocolate chips.
