Crumble dry cake mix and margarine together as for pie dough in bowl.
Spray 9 x 13-inch glass Pyrex dish with Pam.

Process pumpkin and next 9 ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Pour pumpkin mixture into prepared pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Stir cream cheese until soft.
Add dry milk, sugar substitute and vanilla.

In a saucepan, combine gelatin, brown sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, milk, water, egg yolks and pumpkin. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and chill.
When ready to assemble, beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually beat in granulated sugar. Fold pumpkin mixture gently into egg-white mixture.
Turn into pie shell and chill until firm.

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Combine and thoroughly blend the pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into baking pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top of the pumpkin mixture. Drizzle the melted butter or margarine over the top of the dry cake mix and follow with the pecans (optional). Bake 50 to 60 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
